Welcome !
The Chaucer League is a local tennis league, centred about Guildford
in South-West Surrey.
The league was formed in 1953 - so we're proud to have organised over 50 years of
competitive local tennis.
We provide a structure for tennis matches between the 19 member clubs
in an area from Weybridge (North) to Alfold (South), and Farnham
(West) to Dorking (East).
There are 10 leagues, which start in April and finish in September. In 2009 we shall be running 4 mens divisions, 1 ladies weekend and 1 ladies midweek
league, 3 mixed divisions and a midweek, mixed
league for veterans.
In the Winter months of January - April, we run a k/o tournament - singles & doubles - which players enter themselves. |
